Yes, but AFAICT, that's purely online distributing. If I want to sell
the books at a trade-show, I'd have to first order them from myself (my
store), I guess.
I also just found http://www.instantpublisher.com/pricing.htm, which
quotes the guide at $13.81 (but without shipping costs).
