If you did do this, would they be available for shipping direct to users? The 
NetBSD guide is an invaluable resource (it was a factor in me choosing 
NetBSD). Hard copies for sale would make it useful to more people (as it is 
too big for some to print and for inexpert users it is easier to refer to a 
hard copy, while installing and configuring, than to boot into another OS or 
learn how to use Screen).

Would such a venture be profitable? Where would any profits go? Having a hard 
copy of the guide would be especially appealing to me if it would fund the 
NetBSD project as a side effect.
