simple 'lynx -dump' will suffice.

i rather have readable e-mail address for everyone and cope with spam on
my own than poluting internet with obfuscated addresses which are easy
to reconstruct with few simple regular expressions, ymmv. there is
probably no single one-fits-all solution but i find this one rather
inefficient and annoying for myself, people who write mails to me,
archival purposes etc.
