you could try to search the net for "shellaccounts" and "NetBSD".

There is a list of shellaccounts for netbsd developers, probably you 
might contact them as some seem to be ISPs. See 
"http://www.rmkhome.com/NetBSD/".

UnixHQ sell shellaccounts, there might be chances they have 
NetBSD systems. See "http://www.unixhq.org/shellaccounts.shtml".

You might try "http://fox.phoenix.az.us/netbsd/" and have a look at 
lists of free shellaccounts like 
"http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Way/2183/freeuspl.html" or 
"http://www.dalweb.net/~mitja/freeunix.shtml", there are lots of such 
lists IIRC.
