Not if it doesn't want to become more popular, no.

I'm just amazed at this `Oh my God, someone's said something good
about us. Let's make it sound as bad as possible!' attitude.

Personally, I'd suggest we just shut up and accept the complement.
However, it is always an option to write to him and point out that
OpenBSD has even fewer incidents. And perhaps put that on our web
page, too.
