Or (c) distribute the rest of the kernel under terms that do not impose any
restrictions not imposed by the GPL.
As I understand it, the only "problem" is the advertising clause.
At least, so GPL advocates have claimed - but frankly, I'd hate to be in the
position of finding out they'd changed it.
