and help out!  I personally don't like "flashy" web pages,
and I really like the fact that the current one looks decent
in just about all browsers...  ;-)

I value quick-to-load and looks-good-in-all-browsers very highly,
because I'm sometimes on sloooow links and I use a variety of
browsers.
