Nope. If you're not producing advertising materials, it's not
really relevant. From your perspective, the code is still avaliable
and you don't have to sign away your first-born to get it. 

Even for developers and integrators, it's not as helpful as one might
think; there's a fair bit of code in the tree with very similar
license terms but by entities other than UCB. This change lets
distributors remove UCB from the list of such contributors, but all
the others still need to be there.

Now, if the other contributors were to follow UCB and punt the ad
clause from their terms, then we'd be making real progress...
