Just saw posted on Slashdot...  

UCB has issued a letter that the 3rd clause of the UCB license on the source 
code, the "advertising" clause, is no longer required, and is "deleted in its 
entirety" from all the BSD source files containing it...    !!!

Now maybe we could go to the other contributors...  it would certainly help 
to eliminate some of the flame's from the Linux/GPL zealots about the 
"infectious" advertising clause.
