Except the problem, that SETI doesn't write enough checkpoints and my data
vanishs after a crash, it runs fine here. Every block I finished and got
intact on my system was reported by the server.

Oh, BTW: Can we expect NetBSD-clients for x86 version 1.3? Or even better
those clients in ELF format?
