soda tells me that sakamoto has a rsynced cvsweb at
http://www.jp.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ which he plans on
keeping update and is happy to have cvsweb.netbsd.org pointed to.

Can someone with write access to zone files / apache redirection
etc point cvsweb.netbsd.org there, and add the existence of
cvsweb.netbsd.org to news accordingly?
