My attitude: ignore the politics, hack the code.

NetBSD's code base is in better shape than ever, and the rate at which
we make improvements is accelerating. In fact, from a code development
perspective, NetBSD has never been healthier. I'm therefore totally
unworried about the future of the project. The future of the project
management, well, that's a different story, but in my opinion it is
much less interesting.
