The German IT magazine iX 07/99 has an article on securing a filesystem
with file flags. 

The author (Alexandre Wennmacher) talks about BSD, but makes it clear he
based the article on NetBSD experiences.

IMO an extremely well-written article, technically profound and to the
point. This is definitely the best BSD-related article I have read in iX
(which is strongly NT- and Linux-biased) so far, and well above the usual
Linux hype article of the month.

Unfortunately, it's in German.  ;)
