Walnut Creek makes them...

In fact, it wouldn't be too odd a request to get those CD's offered through
Walnut Creek itself... It might be worth a shot, no?

Sure, make the stores all over the world please...

The last few times I was:

1) unable to buy the CD due to no stock

2) unable to buy the CD due to crypto-restrictions

Anyways, a simple ISO CD Image with boot extensions (El Torrito) might
eliminate some of the install hassle, but then this would only work for a
given architevture, since the bootblock space is so limited or am I wrong
in this aspect?
