How about this:
Analyze PRs, find out what the problem is, discuss possible solutions with
either the PRs author or on some list, and send in patches to fix
problems. Having a good(!) patch available for a PR should reduce load on
people working on the NetBSD system, and speeds up actual bug fixing.
