The impression should be 'the ideas are good - is it possible
for you to commit to at least part of the implementation'.

We're not looking for someone to commit to spending their life (or
life savings :), but as Herb says, we have more ideas than
	implementors.

One though - people may be put off by the fact they do not know
where to get 'official sanction' to start taking action.

To abstract this one level - do we have anyone willing to maintain
a webpage listing ideas and volunteers:

eg: Ensuring netbsd has good coverage on search engines
Offering to turn up at conferences near them
Finding a source for NetBSD bezels.
	    etc.

If we can't do this much, I think we're really in an unfortunate
	situation :)
