Subject: Compiling -current kernel crashes the machine!

I'm running the netbsd.iivx kernel with the binary snapshot from puma,
and doing a make depend in the compilation directory does a couple of
gccs (the last one of which has a very long argument list) and then hangs
the whole machine. It does the same thing if I use a known good kernel
I had lying around from a while ago (before the IIvx breakthrough; so serial
console), on which I have compiled many kernels in the past.

Any insight?

Thanks!
