Just happened to have the manual handy.  The above is correct.

Each serial port has its own, but Rxd and Txd share the same one unless
referenced to an external source.  Also the BRG can only be sent to an
external pin if neither Rxd nor Txd are referenced to the BRG.  (Don't know
why.)
