I have about a half-done rewrite of the booter and installer, with new
and simplified dialogs, more consistent console behavior, etc.
However, I simply didn't have the spare time to add still another
hacking project to my overly long list (Xconq, GDB, Mac-hosted GNU
tools, philatelic database), so I would be willing to pack it all up
and send it your way, and type in some of my working notes about the
dialog design bits that were not implemented.
