Perhaps this is best answered by the following:

Who is the current Alice Project Manager?
Who is is the keeper, (*NOT* necessarily the writer), of the documentation
Who is in charge of configuration control?
Who is in charge of the changeover to a USENet news group with FAQ?

Once again these could be just 'commitee' chairman not necessarily
the worker bees. If these tasks are split up into do-able pieces
we all could take one of the chunks and get it done.
