Subject: Problems booting IIci

I have a IIci w/ 8MB ram, a Nu-Bus video card, VM off, 32 bit
addressing on. When I try to boot it gets pretty fay, the give the
following error message, and contiues in the loop (printing the error
until I reboot):
panic: kernel jump to zero
Any help would be appreciated.
