The only reason we would want Apple employees in particular to express
their opposition to the lawsuit is in the hope they would eventually
alter Apple's behavior.

Given that Spindler recently drastically reduced their benefits in order
to "save the company" I would think they would find such expensive and
wasteful litigation less than enchanting. I know I certainly DO!!
