I'm planning on running on a Q700 w/ 20MB of RAM.  I'd suggest getting
at least 16MB.  Then go for hard-drive space.  I don't see any reason
for it to not work on the Q650--once it's running on the Q700.  I don't
know for sure, though.  That has the full 68040, right?  Not the EC or
LC or whatever?
I hope to have _something_ running on it soon.
