I think that one is intended to be the one where it is fixed (for HEAD).
(Just barely).     But perhaps it isn't fixed.

This is PR bin/60469  (lots more lines got added as part of the
fix, which might be why the line number you're seeing in the assertion
is different from that in the original PR).

Looks like more work for Taylor.
