11RC4 and WiFi issues - wpa_supplicant issues ioctl's with invalid argument
Hi all!
I decided to install 11RC4 on my HP 620 laptop. It mostly seems to work
in the first day of use, but I couldn't get wireless to work with
wpa_supplicant (my configurations files are the same as before).
I launch wpa_supplicant and get an error. Scanning works. Sometimes at
least.
WiFi card is:
disc$ dmesg | grep ral0

scanning did work yesterday, but not today as I am trying to write this
mail :)
disc$ sudo ifconfig ral0 list scan
ifconfig: The interface must be up before scanning.
disc$ sudo ifconfig ral0 up
disc$ sudo ifconfig ral0 list scan
<empty>
What worries me is this though:
disc$ sudo wpa_supplicant -Dbsd -iral0 -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
Successfully initialized wpa_supplicant
ioctl[SIOCS80211, op=20, val=0, arg_len=7]: Invalid argument

ral0: CTRL-EVENT-DSCP-POLICY clear_all

dmesg shows no further errors!
However, now, I can run list scan and see networks
sudo ifconfig ral0 list scan

I did hide the SSID's and BSSID's for this mail, but they look correct.
