On my laptop, cvs.NetBSD.org has different IPv4 address.

$ host cvs.NetBSD.org
cvs.netbsd.org has address 199.233.217.197
cvs.netbsd.org has IPv6 address 2001:470:a085:999:28c:faff:fe03:5984
cvs.netbsd.org mail is handled by 10 mail.netbsd.org.

And 199.233.217.197 is reachable for me.
