Intel Elkhart Lake gigabit ethernet

Hi,
   I have a Compulab fitlet3, which is an Intel Elkhart Lake device 
with 2 gigabit ethernets with Synopsys DesignWare Ethernet controllers.

NetBSD does not have working drivers for them.

There is the awge driver but thats currently only on arm.


OpenBSD has the dwge driver that does work with them.

FreeBSD appears to have the eqos driver.

Any suggestions on the best way to get this working?
