I use 'build.sh ... -c clang ...' which uses the official switch to
build.sh and seems to set MKLLVM=yes (and unsets HAVE_GCC) and appears
to build the world using clang.  I don't know how this might be
different than what Greg did by setting the variables directly or what
the releng appears to be doing.
