panic: trap (9.99.69/amd64)

Hi!

While doing a bulk build over night (on tmpfs, with null mounts) on a
9.99.69/amd64 from June 30, I had a panic. /var/log/messages only has:

Jul 24 05:59:51 yt savecore: reboot after panic: [ 1961919.1989842] panic: trap
Jul 24 05:59:51 yt savecore: system went down at Fri Jul 24 05:19:26 2020
Jul 24 05:59:51 yt savecore: writing compressed core to /var/crash/netbsd.14.core.gz
Jul 24 06:11:38 yt savecore: writing compressed kernel to /var/crash/netbsd.14.gz

The kernel backtrace is:

Any ideas?

Should I file a PR?
 Thomas
