USB cardreader under netbsd-9 "failed to create xfers"?



Just tried an ancient USB cardreader on my netbsd-9 system. I'm sure
I've used it without issues on netbsd-8, but it now fails *unless* I
plug it into a little USB hub hanging off a two meter cable. Timing
issue? Known? I'm probably due to sync and rebuild in any case.

Direct into system ports:
