This one is fixed already, you should update to 9.99.52.

indeeed, I read about that in another post. I updated to  9.99.52 yesterday/today.
It seems much more stable, I used and compiled whole userland without issues (but the last time too.. strange it became unstable after a couple of days)

Will keep an eye on it anyway.
