./build.sh -m amd64 .... distribution fails

Hi,

with current source cvs upped some minutes ago running

./build.sh -u -N 1 -j 12 -U -m amd64 -O /u/NetBSD/arch/amd64/obj -D /u/NetBSD/arch/amd64/dest -R /u/NetBSD/arch/amd64/release -T /u/NetBSD/arch/amd64/TOOLS distribution

fails:
