This test case has been failing randomly in the past and none of the
commits in the report look relevant, so it probably just happened to
pass 22 times and then fail 3 times in a row by pure chance rather
than being triggered by any recent commit.

The random failures still ought to be fixed, of course. Many other
ptrace related tests are also failing randomly on the testbed, and at
least one of the failures can be easily reproduced on real hardware
(PR 54377).
