t_ptrace_wait* tests unexpectedly succeeding for signal 4

The following test cases:

  lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_wait3:signal4
  lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_wait4:signal4
  lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_wait6:signal4
  lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_wait:signal4
  lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_waitid:signal4
  lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_waitpid:signal4

which are marked as "expected failures" with a reference to PR
kern/52118 are unexpectedly succeeding since this commit:

  2017.12.07.19.49.43 christos src/sys/kern/kern_sig.c 1.339

If your commit fixes the bug (at least with respect to this specific
signal), could you remove the expectation of failure from the test?
