Re: missing /etc/rc.d/nsd file?

The daily security job is complaing that /etc/rc.d/nsd is missing from my recently upgraded system. I check in the original build $DESTDIR and the file is also missing from there.

This is on a nearly-current 7.99.59 system built from sources that were updated via anoncvs on 2017-02-15 at 11:46:59 UTC

Did I miss an update somewhere? And what is nsd (man nsd provides no results).

Looking a little bit deeper, I noticed the commit on Jan 7 for revision 1.245 of src/distrib/sets/lists/etc/mi which makes the installation of the etc/rc.d/conf file depend on the "nsd" flag.

However, this file is listed unconditionally in /etc/mtree/specials so the daily security job will always look for it, and complain if it is missing.

Shouldn't the mtree/specials file also be conditional? Can it be?
