Generally pkgsrc starts off with the base system compiler.  So if fedora
moves to gcc6, then pkgsrc on fedora will hit these issues.  And, as
others change to gcc6, there will likely be some combination of patches
in pkgsrc (unfortunate) and upstream fixes.
