Does anyone have a man page handy? :)

Yes, there is:

dtrace(1M) System Administration Commands dtrace(1M)
....

Hmmm, section 1M?

My system doesn't seem to recognize 1M, and there don't seem to be any
{cat,man,html}1m directories being created by my builds.

Is the file installed in {cat,man,html}1 (without the m) directories?

Is it only installed for systems where MKDTRACE was included in the
build?

Seems that we should install the man page if we're going to have
cross-references to it. :)
