Here is my dhcpcd config; sk0 is the internet facing interface, bge0 is
the internal one.

debug

option domain_name_servers, domain_name, domain_search, host_name ntp_servers

interface sk0
    ipv6rs
    ia_na 1
    ia_pd 2 bge0/0/64

This gets an address for sk0 for the external interface, a default route,
and sets up the delegated /64 on the internal interface.
