gcc updated to latest 4.8 branch snapshot.

hi folks.


there appears to be no fall out, but just in case there is, i've
imported the latest 4.8 branch snapshot and plan to get it updated
in netbsd-7 as well.

this update fixes several sh3 issues, as well as over 50 GCC PRs,
over what we have already.
