C-c kills entire session (after kill(0,) reraise)

Hi,
it's really terrible that an interrupt propagates and kills the
entire session on 6.99.16, i.e., ssh<-mksh<-libedit/TEST/rl1.c.
Since rl1.c uses the editline(3) builtin handlers, it seems that
kill(0,) somehow goes grazy, but that is surely beyond my
experience.
