I got some of the netpgpverify stuff fixed (the etc/mtree changes), but 
there are still a couple of problems, at least on the amd64 port.

I'm on my way to $DAYJOB now, so probably won't have a chance to look 
into these in any more detail for several hours.  It would be nice if 
someone else could give it a go!
