pipe hang in current/amd64

   Today I did a -current upgrade on my amd64 box, then started a
rolling replace of my packages. It made it as far as:

===> Overriding tools for oxygen-icons-4.8.4
===> Extracting for oxygen-icons-4.8.4

and then stopped. Here are the leaf processes in the tree:

Neither one shows any activity from a ktruss.

   Is this something obvious, or should I send-pr it? I'm leaving
the processes as they are for the moment in case we need more
analysis.
