Hi,

The latest soundcard.h update from 7th of May seems to break
pulseaudio and arts at least:

gmake[1]: Entering directory

   CC libpulsedsp_la-padsp.lo
utils/padsp.c:2348:5: error: conflicting types for '_oss_ioctl'
/usr/include/soundcard.h:304:5: note: previous declaration of
'_oss_ioctl' was here
gmake[1]: *** [libpulsedsp_la-padsp.lo] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory
`/usr/pkgsrc/audio/pulseaudio/work/pulseaudio-0.9.21/src'
gmake: *** [all] Error 2

(same error for arts).

This is on i386 -current from yesterday. I forced arts by getting rid
of the NetBSD conditional, about to try the same for pulseaudio.
Well, the application I was porting doesn't need any conditional now to compile and work on NetBSD! The same code as linux and freebsd!
