open /dev/ttyU0: Invalid argument in NetBSD/amd64 6.0_BETA and /i386 6.99.4

Hi,

I have the following line in /etc/ttys on NetBSD/amd64 6.0_BETA and
NetBSD/i386 6.99.3.

ttyU0 "/usr/libexec/getty std.115200" vt220 on secure

Then, I run ttyflags and get error.

# ttyflags -a
ttyflags: open /dev/ttyU0: Invalid argument

Also when I run stty, I get same error.

# stty -a -f /dev/ttyU0
stty: /dev/ttyU0: Invalid argument

On NetBSD/amd64 6.0_BETA, I use following device.

uftdi0 at uhub3 port 1
uftdi0: FTDI USB HS SERIAL CONVERTER, rev 1.10/4.00, addr 2
ucom0 at uftdi0 portno 1

And on NetBSD/i386 6.99.4,

uplcom0 at uhub0 port 1
uplcom0: Prolific Technology Inc. USB-Serial Controller, rev 1.10/3.00, addr 2
ucom0 at uplcom0

Is this problem? Or my faults?
