I changed the non-ASCII to character escapes, but makemandb(1) still
persists claiming an error.

"mandoc -Tlint" says that it cannot parse the date, though I think that is
not relevant to makemandb

The makemandb error is because there is no NAME section, not sure what to
do about that.. Joerg?
