Panic when inserting Xircom pcmcia ethernet card

Hi, 

i was trying to boot 'NetBSD 5.99.62 (GENERIC) #0: Mon Jan 30 15:51:02 UTC

on my Toshiba Libretto 100CT today. When my "Xircom RealPort Ethernet 
10/100 (RE-100)" PCMCIA Card was inserted i got the following kernel trap:

The card is normally recognized as:
