5.99.41 kernel not compatible with 5.99.51 userspace



Hi folks, 

Today I have accidentally booted 5.99.41 kernel on 5.99.51 userland and I have
found out that network stopped working at all here is small screen log.

With new 5.99.51 kernel everything works fine. Does anyone has an idea what 
might be wrong ?
