I applied that and made two tiny changes:

  uuint64_t -> uint64_t
  PRId64 instead of i, line 567 (or so) - gcc will tell you

with that< i dropped a 2.3G iso image into releasedir/i386 and built.  I
mounted the iso image and then diffed:

$ diff -ur . /usr/obj/gdt-current/i386/distrib/i386/cdroms/installcd/cdrom

and it was ok except for matching gettytab link to nowhere.

The iso I built was pretty big:

> ls -lh /usr/obj/gdt-current/releasedir/iso/i386cd.iso 
-r--r--r--  1 gdt  wheel  2.9G Oct 26 21:15 
/usr/obj/gdt-current/releasedir/iso/i386cd.iso


So I'd say with the above fixes you can commit this - thanks for sending
the patch!
