5.99.39 panics during the night

Hi,

A new server with 5.99.39/amd64 running a Xen dom0 keeps panicking once 
per 24h, during the night (timing could be a coincidence)

I managed to capture some screenshots: see

There's no load on the machine.


I've not tested with a GENERIC / unxenified kernel yet, as the source of 
the problem might be obvious to someone more knowledgeable in kernel 
internals.

Any directions to get to the bottom of this?
