sys/dev/marvell devices

Hi! all,


I did some change to sys/dev/marvell just now.
I think that it is profitable for our plan to merge some devices (for
instance, mvpex) in sys/dev/marvell.

# Also I will add support COM_REGMAP to com_mv.c


Is there a person who has the problem in my merging these?
